Our original Rustic Ranch floor is 1813 square foot with two bedrooms and two bathrooms on the main floor. Designed with entertaining guests in mind, we chose the open-concept with high ceilings, a gorgeous kitchen, and additional amenities such as a spacious mudroom and a well-lit main floor laundry room. We have a three-bedroom version of this plan if you were looking for something larger.
