This is the personal home of Zach Parmeter, Interior & Exterior Finishes Designer with Golden Eagle Log and Timber Homes. In this professionally-filmed series of videos, Zach guides you through the entire process of building his dream home. This timber-style home is similar to our Timber Ranch I UCT, with some unique and exciting floor plan differences. Plan changes include adding a master suite reading loft above the walk-in closet, and lofted spaces in both the childrens' bedrooms for playtime. These "bonus areas" became available when Zach modified the plan by adding extra tall main floor walls and ceilings. Additional plan changes requested by Zach included a larger expanded kitchen cabinetry layout, a pet room, and a stairway to the basement from the garage. We refer to the lofted spaces in this ranch-style home as "bonus areas" because they are accessed solely by library-style ladders. Therefore, the "bonus areas" are not technically counted towards the overall square footage of this home.
