If you have been following along in the video series "Building My Dream Home" episodes 1-11. You may have been wondering what the total build cost (♦ turnkey cost) would be.
Zach started with the smaller Clearwater 1750AR Ranch. For which either the Premium Exposed Beam Timber Package, or the 8 Inch Premium Half Log Package! and would turnkey for approximately $465,000.
We also have a model called the Clearwater 2095AR Ranch which is more similar in size to Zach's home. For which either the Premium Exposed Beam Timber Package, or the 8 Inch Premium Half Log Package and would turnkey for approximately $596,000.
Zach used the Ultra Custom Timber Package version, the Timber Ranch 2286AR-UCT. The Ultra Custom Timber Package is fully loaded with taller wall heights, taller windows, and taller interior doors and our finest cabinetry. Plus massive timber band boards, rafter beams, and custom timber style trims. So, Zach's house as it is built (depending on where you are building it) would turnkey for approximately $916,000 - $975,000.In different parts of the country construction costs may be more or less. And you would need to add Land Costs, Well, Septic, Landscaping, Etc.
