These Prices Explained
How much would it cost me to build this home?
Let us give you a few examples.
If you build this home with our "Complete Premium 8"x8" Full Log Package" on an unfinished non-walkout basement in most areas of North America you would expect to pay around $477,000. Next, add the walkout basement for about $80,000 totaling $557,000.
The customers home in the video and photos has larger 10"x10" logs, customized cabinetry, windows, doors, etc. increasing the price $65,000.
One more thing... when you build a home in Colorado, expect to pay more for building costs. You should anticipate another 15% to 20%.
We have many options available and ways to reduce the cost. Our goal here is to give you realistic numbers.
In different parts of the country construction costs may be more or less. And you would need to add Land Costs, Well, Septic, Landscaping, Etc.
