This home is based on our popular Pineview 1644A Lofted floor plan. For a smaller footprint, this home has a lot of usable space. It easily sleeps 11 people. This customer opted for a higher ratio of drywall than most log homes we sell. This option is for the person who is looking for log and wood accents without having interior walls that are all wood. A lower level with a walk-out wall was added to yield more livable square footage and easy access to the lake that this home is built on.
