- $1,000 stain allowance.
- $250 exterior lighting allowance.
- $60 each faucet allowance.
- Brass locksets.
- $500 flooring allowance.
- Square treated porch posts.
- Proline Stone 5’ up on the interior fireplace chase.
Note: Every Golden Eagle Log Homes package is highly customizable. The Sierra Package is simply a list of changes that help illustrate some areas where you can modify our Deluxe Package to fit within a more conservative budget.
