* What does “Completely Built” mean to us? When we use the term completely built we mean building the entire home start to finish including excavation, foundation, all labor and material, all electrical, plumbing, heating, flooring, air conditioning, cabinetry etc. With that said you should know there are some other costs you will still need to figure in such as lot expenses, septic, well, driveway, appliances, and landscaping. Remember the completely built price includes the Golden Eagle Package!
The completely built “Price Range” is to give you an approximate idea of what a particular home may cost to build. Every area is different and the price range listed is close, but some areas will be lower and others higher. Most people begin by choosing a plan they like in a comfortable price range, then they contact our local Golden Eagle model center and they will be able to fine-tune the pricing. We refer to this price as a ballpark price and if you and your lender are comfortable with the ballpark price your next step will be to purchase a plan service. When you purchase a Plan Service your home begins to come to life. We need to get all of your dreams on the plans such as where you want to see knotty pine, stone, drywall, window styles, kitchen layout, etc. After and only after we get all of your dreams on your custom plans we will be able to offer you an exact price.
** “Complete Log Home Package” - Golden Eagle Log Homes has the most Complete Package which makes it easier for you to get financing and build your log home. We include the kitchen and bath cabinetry, counter tops, fireplace, trim, prehung 6-panel pine doors, plumbing fixtures, closet shelving, overhead garage doors, medicine cabinets, and even the kitchen sink. And yes, we offer choices on all of these products too! All of this for about the same price as our competitor’s shell package. All of our packages are complete but we show a price range on the packages because we offer different log sizes, corner details, Sierra Package options, etc
