The Golden Ranch IV is our best selling ranch home ever with 1,560 sq. ft. of "nothing wasted" living space. Jay Parmeter, president of Golden Eagle Log Homes, has built and lived in two of these homes. He'll tell you that one was built with full log and the other with half log and they both had the same heating/cooling costs. John Batzer, Golden Eagle Log Homes Dealer Manager, also built and lives in a Golden Ranch IV. His home is on our log home bus tour every year. The center of the home has cathedral ceilings front to back over the Great Room, dining room and kitchen. The kids' wing and master bedroom wing both have flat ceilings. Like this home but want to add a loft? No problem, look at our Lincoln plan or let our designers customize a plan for you. Customizing plans is something we do everyday. |
