However, if you are like everybody else, you are going to have some changes to make this home fit your particular needs. We encourage that! We have never had a customer ask for a plan to be left the way it was originally drawn.
Here is a tip: If you want to add a loft, you should take a look at our South Shore 2193AL plan. That home has a loft and has nearly the same 1st floor.
