Main Level

Foyer The foyer of this model provides a warm and welcomed greeting to our visitors. A Golden Eagle Log Homes logo is featured in the ceramic tile floor and a custom carved eagle made from moose antlers sets the theme for this model home. To the visitor�s left is a large closet with folding doors and to the right is stairway access to the loft and finished basement.


Great Room The Great Room of the Double Eagle Deluxe features a cultured stone fireplace with a hand carved mantel. The cathedral ceiling rises 21� ft from the floor. There is a window wall with French doors accessing the covered porch.


Master Bedroom & Bath This cozy bedroom has a huge walk-in closet for abundant storage. The walls are split log and drywall. The ceiling is tongue and groove planking. This room has enough space to have a large easy chair along with the bed. The spacious bathroom has a corner shower, a double sink and a Jacuzzi tub. The walls are split log and drywall.


Kitchen & Dining This kitchen features a large island with additional storage and hickory cabinets. It also has granite counter tops and a hardwood floor that features a base board port to the central vacuum system. The walls to both the kitchen and dining area consist of split log, drywall, tongue & groove planking.



First Floor Laundry The first floor laundry and mudroom is located between the kitchen & dining area and the garage. The washer and dryer are under a full length counter top, surrounded by hickory cabinets. The floor is ceramic tile. The room also features a large closet with folding doors. A half bath is also featured.


Loft Level

Loft Sitting Area At the top of the stairs is an area that can be used for reading or relaxing. A quiet, comfort zone between the two bedrooms overlooks the foyer on one side and the Great Room on the other. The loft area also contains a convenient full bathroom.


Loft Bedrooms The two loft bedrooms feature a combination of tongue & groove planking and drywall. The larger of the two rooms has split log as well. Both rooms have full-length closets and windows on two walls for abundant natural light throughout the day.
