Cost Example:

• The Double Eagle Deluxe Ranch Std. Package Price in 8x8 "D" Full log is $167,498 plus tax of $9,212 for a total of $176,710
   
• Let's start with the building permit. $1,500 is pretty common, the price can range from $25 to $6,500.
   
• To dig and backfill your basement will cost about $3,500. If you are in rock or clay, it will be more. Tree removal will also be extra.
   
• Most concrete basements with footings and foundation for both the house and garage will be around $21,966. Drain tile will add more, if your lot requires it. Walkout wall not included.
   
• Add drywall to all walls not already knotty pine, $7,000.
   

• $6,500 is the plumbing figure including water heater. Remember the fixtures, tub, sinks, stainless steel kitchen sink, faucets, etc. are in the package price.
