I understand Golden Eagle Log Homes includes the garage in the "Complete" Package if one is shown on the plan. My question is… How much can I deduct if I don’t need a garage?

You can deduct approximately $14,000 to $18,000 depending on the size, log style and window configuration etc.  Don’t forget... You will also save an additional $7,500 to $10,000 in carpentry labor and concrete floor/footings when you build your home.
